1. Change of Mind
Please choose carefully before placing your order.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choice, or if you simply no longer want the product.
However, we’re happy to assist with product advice prior to purchase — please contact us if you have questions about our items.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at sacredteahouse@gmail.com with:

We will review your claim and may offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the circumstances.
If a return is required, we’ll provide instructions and a return address. Please do not return items before contacting us.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Perishable or consumable goods

Personal wellness or hygiene-related items
unless they are faulty or not as described.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method via Square.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
