Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
During busy periods, public holidays, or special events, processing times may be slightly longer.

If an item is out of stock or delayed, we’ll contact you promptly to offer an alternative, backorder, or refund.

2. Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship orders Australia-wide only.

• Standard Delivery: Estimated 3–7 business days after dispatch.

• Express Delivery (if available): Estimated 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on order size, weight, and delivery address.

From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions. These will be clearly displayed on our website.

4. Carriers and Tracking

We use trusted delivery partners such as Australia Post or reputable courier services.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number (where available).

Please note that once an item has left our premises, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver it safely and on time.

5. Delivery Issues

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

1. Please check your tracking link for updates.

2. Contact the carrier directly for detailed delivery information.

3. If you still need assistance, email us at sacredteahouse@gmail.com and we’ll help investigate.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed parcels caused by incorrect addresses or courier delays beyond our control.

6. Local Pickup (if applicable)

Customers located near Tanawha, Queensland 4556 can select Local Pickup at checkout.

• You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection.

• Pickup is available by appointment only to ensure your order is prepared and waiting for you.

• Please bring your order confirmation or proof of purchase when collecting.

We kindly ask that all pickups be collected within 7 days of notification unless otherwise arranged.
